State prosecutor to ask US not to use Talansky's testimony against him

State Prosecutor Moshe Lador and Jerusalem District prosecutor Eli Abarbanel have told Morris Talansky's lawyers that it is not in their authority to guarantee that his testimony regarding the "cash envelopes" affair involving Prime Minister Ehud Olmert would not be used as evidence against him by a US court.
